Anyone can submit a piece to info@psxrealty.com via Email in the form of a Word document or pdf.

All submissions must:

• Identify the Source Organization including a phone number or Email address.  (Author contact data is optional).
• Be approved for posting in the sole and unfettered discretion of the Property Services Exchange ('PSX'), Host of the GeX.
• No promotional material shall be allowed; however, each posting shall be accompanied by an Editor’s Note promoting the Source Organization.
• Once approved for posting, free articles shall enjoy exclusivity on a topic-by-topic basis indefinitely until and unless a clearly superior submission is submitted and approved. Notwithstanding the above, articles submitted on the same subject but in different contexts can co-exist (e.g. permitting in different jurisdictions).
• Content must be accessible to non-professionals (i.e. conversational in tone but not dumbed down).
• Length shall be limited to a maximum of THREE HUNDRED AND TWENTY-FIVE (325) words (save and except for pure research such as White Papers which can exceed the word limit. 

Filtering your submission through the AI app of your choice is highly recommended.

• Market Intelligence
• Rezoning & Subdivision
• Servicing Levels
• Social Media
• Site Selection
• Taxation (Onsite & Offsite)
• Vertical Markets
