Guidelines

  1. Participants will…


● Describe the location in writing via email and provide confirmation to satisfy PSX

   that it owns or controls the property.

Each listing will be treated separately. Our database is listing rather than property-centric.
For example, a single property featuring ancillary lots may contain more than one listing
and an industrial park typically contains many lots, each of which represents a separate
listing.

       ● Agree to remunerate PSX for out-of-pocket costs. 

       ● Confirm that no contract exists with a real estate brokerage. 

  ● Supply the salient Critical or Recommended data or authorize and enable PSX to attain said         data where available. 

      Limited to data that is readily accessible in the public domain. ● Still images and videos that are not provided will be taken from outside the property lines.

 ● Videos are available for land only.

Videos will not be available when snow obscures the lot surface. (A video will be supplied when the lot surface is visible).

● Participants may submit additional property data at any time without incurring additional           charges.

Data Inputting Services are available, in each case, at the sole and unfettered discretion of Property Services Exchange.
