Referral Program

PSX offers market participants requesting the services of a realtor, the opportunity to select one best qualified to meet their requirements rather than select a realtor arbitrarily.

PSX shall match referral requests with qualified realtors.

Matches shall be made by applying filters:

• The specific requirements of the participant requiring a referral to a realtor.
• The real estate agent’s experience and expertise completing transactions featuring similar requirements.
• Realtor ratings by the individual who retained their services. PSX will ask if this individual would recommend this realtor to an associate based on a scale of one to ten (with ‘10’ being the highest praise)? A score of 8, or better, shall be required to qualify.
• No arbitrary limit shall be placed on qualifying transactions.

Market participants requesting a referral to a realtor shall be required to pay a fee of ONE HUNDRED ($100.00) DOLLARS to participate in the Referral Program (refundable when the transaction is completed for up to one (1) year).

The party requesting the referral may communicate with any of the realtors on the list of recommended possibilities supplied by PSX but may select only one realtor and notify us of their choice. 

The brokerage receiving the referral shall acknowledge receipt and agree to pay a referral fee to Go Solo Land Inc. operating as Property Services Exchange based on FIFTEEN (15%) PERCENT of the resulting commission attributable to the referral (listing and/or selling) function only on substantial completion of the transaction.
