Our Search capability and PSX Academy’s useful resources are valuable aids, representing a worthwhile starting point but only address part of the solution to successful property acquisition or disposal.

Full-Service Brokerage complements the PSX’s resources and is strongly recommended to mitigate risk. Reliance on the PSX alone is not recommended.

Security

PSX takes advantage of the same secure-by-design infrastructure, built-in protection, and global network that Google uses to protect information, identities, applications, and devices. It is backed by Google's operational teams who detect and respond to threats to the infrastructure from both insiders and external actors, 24/7/365.

Data is automatically encrypted and distributed for availability and reliability. This helps guard against unauthorized access and service interruptions.

All listing data is protected with a versioned backup system allowing any edits to be reversed. A full backup of the database is produced every three hours and stored fully encrypted in multiple data centers.

For postings, each member is given their own site isolated from other members.

Integrity

Individual Posters:

  • The PSX uses facial recognition and machine-learning driven document authenticity validation to verify the identity of all registrants.
