Private Listing Briefing

Realtors can post listings in the PSX Database in exchange for a referral fee provided that the property

• Does not currently appear in our database
• Is not listed Exclusively or on MLS 

Notwithstanding the above, if the Owner lists the property Exclusively or on MLS, the private listing fee obligation is effectively cancelled and of no further force and effect. Contributors may also post their properties directly at any time which would supersede and cancel any private posting. 

Listing referral fees are based on Fifteen (15%) Percent of the total compensation received in respect of the selling or listing function (if a realtor participating in the GEX sells or leases the Property) payable on substantial receipt of the commission Private postings are limited to one, new posting per realtor per month.

• Assure that the posting contains the PSX Required fields.
• Update listing whenever a change occurs or every ninety (90) days. 

Private Postings are restricted to one (1) posting per realtor per month, however, additional postings are possible for realtors who post multiple properties:

1. Five (5) to ten (10) postings > Two (2) private postings per month.
2. Ten (10) to twenty (20) postings > Three (3) private postings per month.
3. Twenty-one (21) postings, or more > One (1) private posting per week.

Alternatively, a 'Finder's Fee' is available for supplying  a description:

1. Civic Address (e.g. Edmonton or Calgary)
2. Contact details posted onsite (e.g. Name, Organisation, Phone Number, Email Address).
   
3. Market Segment (e.g. Industrial, Retail, Office, Residential)
4. PSX shall post the property and split the listing referral fee following receipt of the funds.
