REFERRAL PROGRAM

Select a real estate agent who has qualified to participate in the PSX Referral Program. Don’t select a real estate agent arbitrarily.

This is how it works:

Step One

If you plan to acquire or offer real estate, summarize your requirement in the Applicant Application Form.

To participate in the Referral Program, you will be required to pay ONE HUNDRED ($100.00) DOLLARS. A full refund will follow if you complete a transaction within one (1) year.

Step Two

Any real estate agent who wishes to offer brokerage services fills out the Real Estate Agent Application Form summarizing any transaction(s) that you have completed. Next, for each completed transaction, PSX Realty contacts the individual who retained you. We ask, 'Would you recommend this individual to a friend or associate based on a scale of one to ten (with ‘ten’ being the highest praise)? A score of eight, or better, is required to qualify for admission into the PSX Referral Program.

Step Three

PSX Realty matches applicant requirements with the real estate agents' completed transactions based on location,market segment and size. No arbitrary limit shall be placed on the number of qualifying transactions.
