Realtors can input listings that are not currently posted on the PSX or listed Exclusively in exchange for Listing Fees

  • Listing Fees are based on Fifteen (15%) Percent of the total compensation received  in respect of the listing function (in the event that a realtor participating in the PSX sells or leases the Property) payable on substantial receipt of the commission.
  • Private postings are limited to one posting per realtor per month. 

Poster is responsible to

  1. assure that the posting contains the PSX Required fields
  2. keep the posting current on a monthly basis

Notwithstanding the above, if the Owner lists the property Exclusively, the private listing fee obligation is effectively cancelled and of no further force and effect.
